Life on the freeway? Life on a calm and sunny country road? Pick one. Even if you live at break neck speed make time for your parents if you are fortunate to still have them with you!

Don't fall prey to regret as in "If only I had come to visit more" after one of your parents passes away. An hour with them will not kill you! Career matters but did career sit with you all night as you ran a fever or did career sacrifice working at a back breaking job for your family? How many times could your parental units have just spent on something nice for them and denied themselves in order for you to be fed and clothed?

Don't regret. Visit your parents. Spend one hour at least! It is a spiritual crime to neglect the souls that brought you into this existence! It is a sin. Think of what you are teaching your kids.
