PBS had a program last night on BREAKFASTS around the country. I missed about 40minutes of the show so I only saw a segment on breakfast in Portland, Oregon and what appeared to be San Francisco's Chinatown. I would have to view the entire documentary to be sure of its location!

The Chinatown segment was about rice oatmeal. Some folks ordered it with shrimp, fried bread, and other neat ingredients.

The Portland, Oregon piece had some nice German pancakes, potato pancakes and imaginatively delicious morning dishes!

I am getting hungry!
