Will Officer Alex Alvarez keep his job? Should he keep his job? Does the McAllen Police Department have a zero tolerance for DWI?
All good questions.
The Valley seems to have a higher number of drunk drivers. It is bad enough that they get slapped on the wrist.
Hopefully our law enforcement officials can all go zero tolerance!
