Word of mouth had informed us these guys were quite good and very reasonable.

Lance was lead to believe these folks would actually do a house call.

Nope. It did not happen.

OUR sources were credible. These guys are decent mechanics!

IT is just that they failed in the house call department!

They had Lance think they would go to his house to check out his vehicle!
